I Built 121 AI Skills to Solve My Own Admin Headaches. Turns Out Enterprise Sales Teams Need Them More.

What started as fixing my own admin pile became a library of 121 reusable AI skills — and the biggest demand came from a place I did not expect.

Each skill began as a personal annoyance: follow-ups that slipped, call notes that never made it into the CRM, proposals assembled from scratch every time. I built one fix, then another, then a system for building them.

The surprise was who cared most. Not solo founders — enterprise sales teams, where the same admin friction is multiplied across dozens of reps and quietly costs real revenue every quarter.

The lesson generalises: the admin work nobody wants to do is usually the work leaking the most value. Automate the boring parts first.

One sales leak, fixed, every week
