• To respond to your enquiries
• To send occasional emails about AI for sales teams (only with your consent)
• To improve our website (analytics, only with consent)

Legal Basis

Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — for email capture and analytics cookies.
Legitimate interest — for security and fraud prevention.

Who We Share With

• Hosting provider — serves our website (Standard Contractual Clauses in place)
• Calendly — processes booking requests (only when you book a call)
• Google Workspace — handles business email

We do not sell your data to third parties. Analytics cookies are not currently in use.

How Long We Keep It

• Email addresses: 24 months after last interaction, then deleted
• Contact form messages: 12 months, then deleted
• Analytics data: Not currently collected
