1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Revenue Systems website and any services purchased through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services

AI Revenue Systems provides:

  • Free resources (5-Minute Sales Audit PDF, newsletter)
  • Paid consulting services (AI Revenue Audit and implementation)
  • Informational content about AI for sales teams

All services are provided by Colin Miley as an independent consultant. AI Revenue Systems is not a limited company at this time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Stripe (when available)
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the ECB base rate

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Free resources: No payment required. Unsubscribe anytime.
  • Consulting services: You may cancel within 14 days of payment if work has not started. Once work has begun, refunds are at our discretion based on work completed.
  • Digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not available once downloaded.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (text, images, code, frameworks) is owned by Colin Miley
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
  • Client-specific deliverables (audit reports, custom workflows) belong to the client upon full payment
  • General methodologies and frameworks remain our intellectual property

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
  • We do not guarantee specific results (revenue increases, time savings) as these depend on implementation
  • Advice provided is based on our experience and industry knowledge, not guaranteed outcomes

7. Confidentiality

Information you share during the audit is confidential. We will not share your data, processes, or results with third parties without your explicit permission. This does not apply to information that is publicly available or that you authorise us to share (e.g., case studies).

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the protections of EU consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
